How to Do?
Preparation of Chicken
Cut the chicken tenderloins into cubes.
Season the chopped chickens with some black pepper.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan you heated over medium heat.
Add the chickens to the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
Remove the cooked chickens from the pan and set aside.
Preparation of Vegetables
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the same pan.
Cook the vegetables (onion, broccoli, mushrooms) over high heat.
Preparing and Combining the Sauce:
For the sauce, use 1 glass of chicken broth,
3 tablespoons of soy sauce,
2 tablespoons of honey,
3 cloves of crushed garlic,
1 tablespoon of hot sauce,
2 tablespoons of Muni Sea Salted Peanut Butter,
1 teaspoon of ginger powder and 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder thoroughly in a bowl.
Add the sauce to the cooked vegetables and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Add the previously cooked chicken to the vegetables.
Boil the chicken and vegetables together for another 3-4 minutes.
Serving
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve hot with rice.
