If the invoice for the product has been issued in the name of the institution, you must send it together with a return
invoice issued by the institution as 'Product Unit Price + VAT', without including the shipping share, for the return process. Otherwise, the product cannot be returned. This return form must be filled out and sent along with the return invoice. It must be delivered to Aras Cargo branch along with the return form/invoice.
The product to be returned must be undamaged, its original package, box and wrapping undamaged, complete with all its accessories, unused or resalable intact, and must be returned in its own special box, just as it was sent to you, if any. Otherwise, your return request will not be accepted. In order to detect damaged products (broken, damaged, damaged packaging, etc.), the parcel must be opened under the supervision of the cargo employee. Cargoes that are found to be missing or damaged should not be received by the customer and a report should be made to the cargo officer and returned before the cargo is received.
There is no legal right of withdrawal regarding the following Products, even if they have not been used: a) Products or services whose prices change depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the Seller, b) Products prepared in line with the Buyer's wishes or personal needs (those made specific to the person/personal needs by making changes/additions), c) Products that can quickly deteriorate or expire, d) Products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene because their protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; e) Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature, f) Services started to be performed with the approval of the Buyer before the right of withdrawal expires.
If the product is returned, the product price will be refunded within 14 days from the moment we receive the notification regarding the right of withdrawal. You can track your refund through your bank with your bank reference number. Partial returns are not accepted for promotional or campaign products. In case of return, all products must be returned in bulk.
In cases where you do not pay the shipping fee due to the campaign, Shaya Kahve has the right to deduct the shipping cost from the total sales amount in case the order subject to the campaign is canceled.
